Hello, dear followers!
Welcome to my page. Today we will be talking about AR and VR and how they can be implemented in teaching. In our task, we were supposed to create an activity that encourages the use of them. We were supposed to choose a city and let the students explore the city using these tools.
My teammate Sena Haylamaz and I chose Mexico City for this task. We shared the work equally, and each of us worked on two sections even though we decided what to include in the sections together. We decided on the main items together, and we elaborated on them. That's why we didn't come across with any problems.
For us, including AR and VR is pretty important for language teaching. The reason why they are important is that students can always learn better when they are engaged in learning and do the task themselves, experiencing everything. Actually, that is what these tools provide. They help students feel like they are in the environment in which they learn. So, basically, these are the reasons why these tools are highly beneficial.
